The high-density “iTri” sample vial is suitable for the storage and transport of volatile samples and small sample volumes. The special design with a tapered inner funnel at the top ensures that even extremely volatile samples do not escape or escape only very slowly. In addition, the vial has a constricted and very good sealing thread. With a magnetic cap, the vial can be used in an automated system for sample preparation or sample storage.
Our high-density vial features a fused-in and tapered inner funnel that ensures a reliable seal. This means that you can be sure that your valuable samples are stored safely and securely.With our so-called Vmax base, we optimize residual emptying. This means that you can remove even the last drops of your sample effortlessly. No valuable resources are lost.
In addition, our vial has a GHS screw thread, which also makes it ideal as a threaded bottle for shipping samples. This allows you to ship your samples safely and reliably without any liquids or gases escaping. Our vial offers a uniform bottle size suitable for different sample volumes. You don’t have to worry about having different bottle sizes in stock. Our product gives you the flexibility to handle different sample sizes with ease.
To better meet your needs, we offer closed, magnetic and perforated caps. This allows you to choose the appropriate cap according to your needs and to protect your samples optimally.
The inner funnel, which is fused into the vial and tapered, provides a large surface area while maintaining a very small opening. This, in conjunction with the GHS thread, ensures extreme tightness. Even with multiple punctures of the septum with a needle or with uncapped vials, volatile samples could be kept in the vial with above-average results.
The special design always ensures safe storage of your sample or standard. The LABC sample bottle “iTi” is available as 23x73mm vial in three different volumes each in clear or amber glass with ND20 crimp or GHS06 screw thread.
