LABC’s pre-filled vials are the ideal solution for the safe storage of samples that should not come into contact with atmospheric oxygen. The vial is pre-filled with argon gas to ensure optimal stability and long-term preservation of sample material. Precise prefabrication guarantees quick and easy handling, which saves time and costs. Advantages of PreCrimped vial sets filled with inert gas
Reduce the risk of an unwanted reaction from oxygen and/or moisture sensitive chemicals with these convenient PreCrimped Vial Sets. The vials are filled with the inert gas argon and sealed under an inert gas atmosphere.

What gas is used
We fill only argon of quality 5.0 into the vials. Argon is a chemical element with the symbol Ar and atomic number 18 in the periodic table. It is a noble gas and is one of the six noble gases that occur naturally as single atoms due to their high stability. It is extremely inert. Argon is colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It has a density of 1.784 g/l at standard conditions and is heavier than air.

The PreCrimped vial set consists of 100 bottles of ND11 with crimp vials 32x12mm and the matching ND11 flared cap with natural rubber red-orange/butyl red/TEF transparent septum. The crimp cap is blue for clear glass bottles and red for amber glass bottles. The bottles are purged in the laboratory under controlled conditions with the noble gas argon and sealed under an inert gas atmosphere.

LABC sample bottle “iTri” with high-density GH6 screw thread in PreClosed-Vial-Set
The PreCrimped vial set consists of 10 LABC “iTri” vials with the high-density HS6 screw thread. The LABC-“iTri” with its conical funnel is shaped inside so that even highly volatile samples remain in the bottle. the VMAX base ensures optimized residual emptying. The HS6 cap is screwed from red PP onto clear glass bottles and blue PP onto amber glass bottles. The bottles are purged in the laboratory under controlled conditions with the noble gas argon and sealed under an inert gas atmosphere.
