ND18 – ZeroSept® AIR
ND18 ZeroSept® AIR are ultra-pure PTFE closures. The new septum seal with an air cushion instead of an elastomer for standard vial closures. Due to its innovative design, the ZeroSept®AIR septum PTFEvirginal/AIR/PTFEvirginal has a high tightness, even with multiple injections! The double PTFE film without elastomer content makes the septum highly pure and very interesting for trace analysis, among other things. In combination with our standard vials, it fits into all common GC/HPLC systems and, in the magnetic version, can also be moved with your autosampler.

The ND18 – ZeroSept® AIR closures are packed in 100 pieces in a jar.
All ZeroSept® closures are supplied in a jar. The jar is sealed with an orange lid with a PTFE seal. A clean aluminium foil is also packed between the lid and the closure so that the septa reach the customer free of environmental influences and plasticisers from the packaging, for example. The aluminium foil also stabilises the closures and prevents the septa from coming loose during transport.
