Consumables for automated MOSH/MOAH analyses
The requirements for consumables in automated MOSH/MOAH analysis are very high. Chromatography consumables must be carefully selected to avoid contamination risks and achieve excellent results even at the lowest limit values.

Standard material consumables for general MOSH/MOAH analysis
For the MOSH/MOAH analysis you need classic amber 1.5ml vials with a practical writing field (or without, as required) and magnetic ND9 caps with a silicone/PTFE septum.

Ethanolic epoxidation
For epoxidation with ethanol, we recommend our ZeroSept AIR® ND18 closures and the matching 10 ml headspace vials. The ZeroSept® AIR is a high-purity closure made of pure PTFE. Its innovative design ensures excellent resealing properties.

Automated workflow extension kit
Special Viton closures are required for the automated workflow of Axel Semrau® MOSH/MOAH devices. To ensure the purity of the Viton and minimize the risk of contamination, these closures must be pre-cleaned in a particularly complex process. Due to the special workflow, only Viton closures are suitable.
An additional PTFE disc ensures even better sealing properties and greater protection against contamination.
Everything is placed in an ND18 fine thread cap and used together with a 20 ml headspace vial.
The ND9 ZeroSept® PTFEmono cap with a 1.5 ml amber glass vial is also used in this step.
