Pour contrer cet effet, les r\u00e9cipients en verre doivent \u00eatre silanis\u00e9s. Il est \u00e9galement possible d&#8217;utiliser des fioles en polym\u00e8re, notamment lorsque l&#8217;on travaille avec des solutions aqueuses.<\/p>\n<p>Notre fiole pp-Pure est en polypropyl\u00e8ne pur, sans plastifiant. Le flacon a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u avec une forme interne sp\u00e9ciale qui permet une vidange optimis\u00e9e. Il est id\u00e9al pour le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de petits volumes dans la plage universelle de 100 \u00e0 700 \u00b5l de volume d&#8217;\u00e9chantillon.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au fond \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la fiole, m\u00eame les tr\u00e8s petits volumes peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s sans probl\u00e8me. Selon la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l&#8217;aiguille, le volume effectif non injectable peut \u00eatre extr\u00eamement faible.
