expos\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque latent d&#8217;interf\u00e9rences dues \u00e0 des substances perturbatrices. Celles-ci posent un probl\u00e8me, car elles influencent les limites de quantification et la pr\u00e9cision dans l&#8217;analyse. La pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons est donc extr\u00eamement complexe. Comme les substances interf\u00e9rentes sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sentes dans de nombreux solvants et\/ou autres substances utilis\u00e9es pour la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons, il est extr\u00eamement important de n&#8217;utiliser que des produits purs et de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9. Les produits \u00e0 base d&#8217;ol\u00e9fines sont largement utilis\u00e9s en laboratoire et le risque de r\u00e9sultats faussement positifs dus \u00e0 une contamination par des ol\u00e9fines est donc \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le processus en plusieurs \u00e9tapes comprend, outre la centrifugation, le dopage des liquides. Il est \u00e9minemment important que les \u00e9chantillons ne soient pas contamin\u00e9s par des composants interf\u00e9rents (p. ex. siloxanes) pendant ou apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9poxydation. Au cours de la proc\u00e9dure, le septum doit \u00eatre perc\u00e9 plusieurs fois. Il existe alors un risque de contamination provenant de la partie en silicone du septum, ce qui peut rendre l&#8217;\u00e9valuation difficile, voire impossible.
