liquides dans l&#8217;analyse chimique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est rapide, efficace et ne n\u00e9cessite que de faibles quantit\u00e9s de solvants. La DLLME consiste \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 un \u00e9chantillon aqueux un solvant non miscible et un solvant miscible afin de s\u00e9parer l&#8217;analyte des substances interf\u00e9rentes. Dans cette m\u00e9thode, la s\u00e9paration des analytes s&#8217;effectue par extraction d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons aqueux avec 10 \u03bcl \u00e0 environ 300 \u03bcl d&#8217;un solvant organique non miscible \u00e0 l&#8217;eau (agent d&#8217;extraction), qui poss\u00e8de une densit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure ou inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l&#8217;eau, ainsi qu&#8217;avec un solvant miscible \u00e0 l&#8217;eau (agent de dispersion). Les solvants organiques (de densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e) utilis\u00e9s sont des hydrocarbures halog\u00e9n\u00e9s ou des liquides ioniques. Dans le cas du solvant miscible, il s&#8217;agit par exemple d&#8217;ac\u00e9tone ou de m\u00e9thanol. Les flacons bilimex\u00ae LD\/HD-AS sont nettoy\u00e9s dans un lave-vaisselle de laboratoire ou (automatiquement), par exemple avec un outil MHE pour les \u00e9chantillonneurs automatiques CTC.
