La gamme bilimex\u00ae comprend plusieurs produits pour la DLLME. DLLME(dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction) est une m\u00e9thode efficace de concentration des liquides dans l&#8217;analyse chimique.  <\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est rapide, efficace et ne n\u00e9cessite que de faibles quantit\u00e9s de solvants. La DLLME consiste \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 un \u00e9chantillon aqueux un solvant non miscible et un solvant miscible afin de s\u00e9parer l&#8217;analyte des substances interf\u00e9rentes. La DLLME se caract\u00e9rise par sa faible consommation de solvant, sa rapidit\u00e9 d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution et son taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration \u00e9lev\u00e9, tandis que les fioles VMAX permettent de vider presque compl\u00e8tement le volume d&#8217;\u00e9chantillon gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labc.de\/fr\/bouteilles-vmax\/\">fond sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u<\/a>. Apr\u00e8s m\u00e9lange et formation d&#8217;une \u00e9mulsion, deux phases sont s\u00e9par\u00e9es par centrifugation. L&#8217;agent d&#8217;extraction &#8211; HD &#8211; contenant l&#8217;analyte concentr\u00e9 et d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de la matrice interf\u00e9rente se trouve dans le pied conique. Il est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 par une microseringue et inject\u00e9 dans l&#8217;analyseur.
