In combination with a tamper-evident closure, it is often used as a packaging bottle in the pharmaceutical industry, for example. Typically, these bottles are produced in large quantities as pressed glass and therefore cannot be customized.<\/p>\n<p>With a process patented by our partner GTG Glastechnik Gr\u00e4fenroda, individual GL-18 bottles with tamper-evident closures can be produced from tubular glass. GL-18 is a thread often used and in diverse applications. Together with a tamper-evident closure, e.g. it comes often found as a packaging bottle in the pharmaceutical industry. Large quantities can be produced efficiently via this route; unlike tubular glass, this form of production results in irregular wall thicknesses. The tamper-evident closure is made possible by a glass ring below the thread. At this point, a perforated ring of a cap can slip over the glass ring. When the cap is unscrewed for the first time, the ring comes off and clearly shows whether the bottle has already been opened.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-364e4a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"364e4a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The GL-18 thread can be combined well with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labc.de\/en\/vmax-sample-vial-with-optimised-residue-emptying\/\">VMAX<\/a> and or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labc.de\/en\/s3vial-sampling-storing-shipping\/\">S\u00b3 Vial<\/a>, for example. Economic production of individual vials is possible from a quantity of 5000 pieces. VMAX and S\u00b3Vial are expressly suitable as a packaging bottle for pharmaceutical products. The vial made of amber glass almost up to 2.5 ml and is designed especially for powdered substances in milligram or nanogram.
