Special Viton closures<\/a> are required for the automated workflow of Axel Semrau\u00ae MOSH\/MOAH devices. To ensure the purity of the Viton and minimize the risk of contamination, these closures must be pre-cleaned in a particularly complex process. Due to the special workflow, only Viton closures are suitable. <\/p>\n

An additional PTFE disc ensures even better sealing properties and greater protection against contamination.<\/p>\n

Everything is placed in an ND18 fine thread cap and used together with a 20 ml headspace vial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The ND9 ZeroSept\u00ae PTFEmono<\/a> cap with a 1.5 ml amber glass vial<\/a> is also used in this step.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
